   Objectives 

“To increase sales of Purina brand cat food between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014 by 15 percent, compared to 2012 sales of $300 million.”

  • To increase sales  by 20% within 18 months 
  • Launch two new products into the market to add at least 5% to overall market share 
  • Provide global access through our website and social media site 
  • Educate our customers, and potential customers in how to purchase effectively from our website 
  * Provide our customers with variety of brand and products
* Target markets that will provide us with the greatest market penetration
* Offer products and bundle packages that are priced appropriately for each segment of our market

In 2017 Ebony's Chocolate Fire retail distribution will be available in Las Vegas, Nevada.
